Mrs. Pooja Sachin Bakale is the founder and director of Genius Kids Academy (Achiever's Institute) in Wardha. With her strong academic background in Science, Education, Computer Applications and Yoga, she has built a truly comprehensive skill development center offering 14+ courses under one roof.
Her teaching philosophy centers on holistic development — academic excellence, mental agility through Abacus and Vedic Maths, physical wellness through Yoga, and competitive exam readiness through focused coaching. Under her guidance, students have cleared Navodaya and Sainik School selections, won national Abacus competitions and secured scholarships.
